Curry Tuna Cutlets

Ingredients
Two cans tuna in water. Chopped onion -1/2 cup, cilantro - handful, garam masala - 3 tsp, one organic egg, Olive oil to coat saute pan plus oil spray, salt to taste.
Directions
Drain tuna well. In a mixing bowl add tuna, onion. garam masala, salt, cilantro and one egg. Mix well. Meanwhile heat a saute pan and coat with oil once hot. Shape tuna into medium sized discs - do not worry if the discs look like they will fall apart, just squeeze then together with your hand. Place 4-5 tuna cutlets in pan and fry on medium heat till crisp. Turn over and repeat. You will not need a lot of oil, just enough to crisp the outer layer. SErve with spicy ketchup.
