Spinach And Rice With Ground Beef And Chick Peas

1 LB Ground Beef2 Cups Rice2 Packages Frozen Chopped Spinach2 Cans Chick Peas (Drained)Salt and pepper to tasteGarlic (2 Cloves or 2 Tsp Powder)Ground Turmeric (optional)1/2 Cup Lemon Juice or To taste
Makes about 7 Servings For my family may make more for you.
Brown Your Beef then drain
Add Chick Peas and Frozen Spinach) and Lemon Juice
Cook on medium heat until spinach is no longer frozen
Reduce heat to medium low
Cover and let heat for about 20 minutes
While doing that also cook your rice and add 1/8 teaspoon turmeric if you want yellow rice.
When the dish is done just get your serving of rice and spinach mixture and add lemon juice to taste.
