Ingredients
4 4-oz peices chicken breast, no skin/bone (16oz total)1t black pepper1t Salt1T Butter, salted1 T white flour2t dried basil1t dried oregano1/2 c pompeiian cooking white wine1/2 cup chicken broth, 2 T chicken broth reserved2 t garlic minced
Directions
makes 4 servings...

-season the chicken with salt and pepper.
-saute garlic and chicken with the butter in a pan about 5 mins or until the chicken is brown on outside.
-add the broth and wine, and basil and oregano and cover.
-bring to a boil then simmer 7-9 mins or until chicken is no longer pink.
-pull chicken out and keep warm.
-in a small bowl take remaining chicken broth and flour and mix until smooth. once smooth, add the mix to the juice from the pan and mix.
-continue to cook sauce til it thickens, about 2 mins or so.

*about 2-3T sauce per each peice of chicken is calculated in the nutritional info.
