Ingredients
1 apple.2 tablespoons of ground flax.40 raisins.A quarter of a cup of non fat vanilla yogurt.A half of a cup of 1% milk.A half to a full cup of water.
Directions
Grind up the raisins in a blender. Then add the liquids and the apple along with the flax and blend until smooth.
