crock pot enchilada soup

Ingredients
5 whole chicken breasts cubed2 green peppers seeded then jullianed celery stalks chopped2 cans no salt added corn1 can fire roasted tomatoes1 can chopped tomatoes2 summer squash cubed1 medium onion jullianed6 cups cooked rice
Directions
place green peppers and onions on the bottom of the crockpot
add chicken, then squash and celery
add canned corn, tomatoes, fire roasted tomatoes, and chicken broth.

cook on high for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.

cook rice separately then add to cooked soup
