Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 c. sifted flour1/4 t. baking sode2 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt1/3 c. unsalted butter2/3 c. granulated sugar2 eggs, well beaten1 cup mashed bananas (2-3 bananas)
Directions
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, bream butter well. Add sugar to butter and continue to cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add bananas alternately with flour mixture to butter/sugar combo. Beat until smooth. Spoon into muffin tins and bake 15-17 minutes until done.
