Salsa & Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
1 Egg2 Egg Whites1/4 Cup Salsa1 Tbl Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
Directions
Mix eggs & egg whites and pour into omelet pan. Cook until just about set, flip and add salsa down the middle then top the salsa with cheese. Let it cook like that for about a minute then fold over each side and slide onto plate.
