Chicken Tostada

4 (6-in) corn tortillas1 cup refried beans1/4 cup salsa5.5 ounces chicken breast (approx 3 chicken tenders)1/2 cup shredded cheese1 cup shredded lettuce6 quartered cherry tomatoes3 tblsp sliced scallions
Preheat the over to 450F.
Place the tortillas in a single layer on a baking sheet and baked 6 minutes or until crispy.
Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup of the refried beans, then 1 tablespoon of the salsa, one-fourth of the chicken, then top each with 2 tablespoons of the cheese.
Bake 3 minutes or until heated through and the cheese begins to melt.
Top each with 1/4 of the lettuce and tomato, and scallions.
