easy skillet beef and hash browns

1 lb of ground beef1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of celery1/2 c water1/4 c ketchup1 tbsp worcestershire sauce2 c frozen diced potatoes ( hash browns)3 slices of cheese
in medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to seperate meat. pour off fat.
add soup, water, ketchup and worcestershire. heat to boil. stir in potatoes. reduce heat to medium-low. cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are done, stirring occasionally. top w/ cheese

I had seen this recipe online and then I saw it here. I was skeptical about it but gave it a whirl and it was surprisingly delicious. I used shredded cheese rather than cheese slices. It does have a lot of sodium and next time I make it I will try to find a way to cut out sodium a bit. - 3/23/13
