Apple Flaxseed Muffins GF SF

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flaxseed meal2 tsp baking powder1 Tbsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp sea saltstevia or xylitol equiv to 2/3 cup sugar2 eggs1/2 cup water1 Tbsp vanilla1 med granny smith, chopped fine1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
preheat oven to 350F. prepare muffin tin w silicon liners or paper liners. Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients. Add the wet to the dry and combine thoroughly. Let batter stand 10 minutes. Separate batter into the muffin pan and bake for approx. 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
