Pretzels rolls with cheese

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese3 teaspoons sugar1 package active dry yeast1 teaspoon salt1 cup warm milk2 egg whites
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine1/2 of the flour, cheese, sugar, yeast and salt. Add milk and egg; beat on low speed until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch dough down. Shape into small pretzel shapes. Bake at 400 for 10 to 15 min.
