1 1/2 cups sugar1/2 c salad oil 2 eggs2 cups buttermilk 2 1/2 cups flour2 1/2 tsp baking soda2 cups all bran 1 cup 100% bran1 cup boiling wter
cream sugar and oil, add egss and buttermilk. then add dry ingredients. Pour 1 cup boiling water over the 100% bran, may add raisins or nuts. bake in lg muffin tin 400 degrees for 22-24 minutes, can store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. actually better after 1-2 days in fridge
