Pita with avocado, hummus and tomato- wheat

Ingredients
1/2 Whole Wheat Pita Pocket, Toufayan makes really nice ones1/8 of an avocado (split it open, remove pit, use 1/4 of either half)3-4 thin slices of tomato, I chop them up but you don't have to1/2 TBSP hummus
Directions
Half pita pocket. Spread inside with hummus.
Break up avocado into pieces or mash up and also spread.
Throw in tomato slices and EAT IT, it is sooo so delicious
