Breakfast Ice-cream
- Minutes to Prepare:

Ingredients
Directions
1 1/2 - 2 scoops of your favourite brand of vanilla ice-cream - (no really cheap stuff)1 slice of your favourite brand of wholemeal/granary brown bread - (again quality is key, and in my opinion the maltier tasting the better)A drizzle of set honey - (I use set as it give a more sophisticated look to the dish than the glossy yellowy clear stuff, and has a slightly subtler taste)
Serves 1
Rip the crusts off the sides of the bread and give the soft middle bit to the birds.
Tear bread crusts into small chunks.
Scoop out the ice-cream into a dainty dessert dish.
Sprinkle the crust crumbs over (you won't need any more than half of the chunks, I usually save the rest for the next time or for my second helping :) )
Drizzle over no more than 1/2 a teaspoon of honey (too much honey over powers, and doesn't let the ice-cream and bread combination shine)
Eat in a lady like manner with a small sundae spoon.
The best breakfast in the world. Enjoy! :)
