Pineapple Carrot Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup white (all purpose) flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup rolled oats3/4 cup milk1/4 cup greek yogurt1 egg1/2 cup brown sugar3 teasponns baking powder1/2 cup unsweetened shredded toasted coconut1/2 cup shredded carrots1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple1 1/2 teasponns pumkin pie spice
Directions
mix all wet ingredients together in one bowl and all dry ingredients in another bowl. then stir wet into dry mix and blend untill just moist. scoop into paper liners in a muffin pan filling each cup 2/3 full. bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
