Carly's copycat Egg muffins

Ingredients
9 whole eggs3 egg whites2 servings of lower calorie cheese (mine is 70 calories per 1/3 cup).5 a chopped onionsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together (be sure to beat the eggs), pour into a muffin pan. Should make 12 egg muffins. According to Codyjo they can also be frozen so don't worry about wasting them!
