low sodium steamed spinach

Ingredients
*Cut Leaf Spinach - ( 2 , 16oz bags Frozen)Garlic, 3 tsp, choppedParmesan Cheese, shredded, 8 tbsp= 1/2 c
Directions
place both bags of spinach into a large skillet.. turn on medium heat... stir spinach while it thaws... once thawed.. toss in garlic... once garlic is heated through.. and you can smell it.. add in parmesan cheese and turn off heat.. continue mixing until cheese melts.

serving = 1/2 cup

i do not add salt to this as the parmesan cheese has enough in it for me.. otherwise.. salt and pepper to taste.
