Chicken Tocilog

Ingredients
150 grams chicken breast1 tbsp honeydash of saltdash of chili powder1 clove of garlic, minced1 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup steamed rice1 medium egg
Directions
Slice chicken breast thinly into a fillet of about 5 mm and cut into 1 inch strips.

Mix honey, salt, minced garlic and chili powder. Marinate the chicken fillets into the mixture.

Pan fry the marinated chicken fillets in olive oil.

Serve with poached egg and half a cup of steamed or fried rice
