Ingredients
Vermicelli - 1 pack roastedGingerOnion ChoppedCorn oilGreen chilliescurry leavessaltmustard seedscumin seedsLime juice
Directions
Boil Vermicelli and add 1/2 tsp oil after draining water
In a saute pan, add remaining oil and heat. add Mustard seeds, let splutter.
Add Cumin seeds, followed by green chillies (Sliced lengthwise), Ginger ( finely chopped), Curry leaves and diced onion.
Fry till tender
Add cooked vermicelli, salt and lime juice and stir for 2 minutes.
Serve
