Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients
2 tbsp Cornstarch 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar 2 tbsp Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 3 1/2 cups Milk, 1% 2 Egg white, beaten 1 large egg, beaten 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Put the milk in a microwaveable bowl and heat until almost boiling about 5 minutes. Mix the cornstarch, flour, salt, and sugar in a saucepan. Add the beaten egg and egg whites. Mix well to make a paste. Add the heated milk slowly stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil about 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla and pour into 8 custard cups.
Makes 8 servings 1/2 cup each.
