Mike's Goldenrod Eggs

12 hard-boiled eggs8 T Wondra flour1/2 c butter4 c milk1 Tbsp pepper
Finely grate egg yolks and set aside.
Coarsely chop egg whites.
Combine the milk, flour, and pepper. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
Once sauce has thickened, add egg whites and heat through.
Serve over toast or rice. Top with grated egg yolk.
