French Garlic Bread

Ingredients
* Pizza Dough for cooking (1/2 recipe), 1 serving * Garlic powder, 0.5 tbsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Butter, unsalted, 0.25 stick
Directions
Make up pizza dough, and then split in half. You can freeze the remaining half.

Melt butter and add garlic powder and salt while bread rises for the first time. Once it has doubled in size, punch down and knead 2 or 3 times. Roll out about a 1/2" thick, and then spread some of the garlic butter on top.

Roll up into the shape of a French Bread loaf, tucking ends in and under the loaf. Place it seam side down on a baking sheet, then lightly brush the top with more garlic butter.

Cook at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Makes 12 servings, approximately 1" each.
