1 pkg. (1 lb. 5 oz.) shrimp, peeled & deviened2/3 c. melted butter1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 chopped garlic clove1 tbsp. dehydrated parsley flakes1/3 c. dry sherry wine1/8 tsp. ground red pepper1 1/2 c. coarse bread crumbs
Cook shrimp according to package directions. Place in 1 layer in shallow pyrex baking dish. Combine butter, garlic, parsley flakes, wine and pepper. Pour over shrimp. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or longer. 6 servings.
