Strawberry Kefir Pancakes

2 cups flour (I used wheat)1 1/2 t baking soda1/2 t salt2 cups kefir ( I used strawberry, but I think you can use any flavor)1/2 cup milk ( I used almond milk)1t vanilla2 eggs, slightly beatenFresh fruit, maple syrup, etc for toppings
in a large bowl mix the flour, baking soda and a dash of salt. In a separate large bowl, mix the kefir, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture and mix only till moistened. Batter will be lumpy.
Use a pre heated griddle/pan (low/medium heat), lightly greased. Pour batter onto pan and when the bubble have risen, flip to the other side (a few minutes on each side)
Serve with your favorite toppings. Fruit, pure maple syrup, etc.
