Healthy for you Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
.5 cup eg beaters3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce2 cup Splenda for baking2 cup shredded zucchini3 cup flour1 tsp salt3 tsp baking soda.5 tsp baking powder1.5 tsp cinnamon.5 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Shred zucchini in food processor. Add everything else. Let stand 15 minutes. Pour into cupcake tins. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Check after 30 mins and then every ten minutes thereafter until done.

Can make as bread, just pour into bread pan and cook for an hour.
