Felafel Burgers

Ingredients
250g cooked chickpeasgarlic clove1 onion1 handful coriander1 tsp cumin1 tsp ground coriander1/2 chilli powder1 tbs gluten free plain flour1 tbs sunflower oil
Directions
Pat the chickpeas dry with kitchen paper. Tip into food processor with onion, garlic, coriander, spices, flour and a little salt. Blend until fairly smooth, then shape into 4 patties with your hands.

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the burgers, then quickly fry for 3 mins on each side until lightly golden. Serve with green salad and cucumber & yoghurt dressing.
