Oven Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) box of elbow macaroni, cooked and drained4 TBSP butter4 TBSP flour4 c. milksalt and pepper to taste4 c. shredded sharp cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare macaroni and drain well.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir to remove lumps. Pour in milk and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add macaroni and stir. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
