Buffalo Chicken with shredded cabbage

Ingredients
8 oz Boneless, skinless Chicken breast2 tbsp Olive oil2 tbsp Butter4-8 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce (or any red pepper sauce)2 cups shredded cabbage (Fresh Express Cole Slaw without dressing works great)
Directions
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Heat a skillet to medium high, add the olive oil and chicken cubes. Cook until chicken is browned. In a seperate bowl, microwave the butter for 30 seconds to 1 minute (until melted). Add hot sauce to taste, coat cooked chicken with the buffalo sauce and serve over shredded cabbage.
