Fruit and Veggie Smoothie

Ingredients
Directions
Two rings of canned pineapple (with some juice), 1 cup of light vanilla soy milk, about 100 grams of tofu, 6 baby carrots, and five frozen strawberries
Just add all the stuff into a blender and blend until very smooth. The tofu is optional, I guess, but it adds a nice amount of protein. I also added a pack of Equal for a little sweetness.
Note: This is best well-blended. It's smooth and light and not hard to drink at all. I'm sure there are different fruits you can add to give it more of a kick, but as is, it's an easy way to get some veggies.
This make 1 16oz serving, or 2 8oz servings.
