Barbecue Turkey Breast

Ingredients
Turkey Breast Bone In (approx 7 lbs)Barbecue Sauce (1/2 cup)Cider Vinegar (1/2 Tbsp)Brown Sugar (1 tsp, packed)Brown Mustard (2 tsp)Worchestershire Sauce (1/2 tsp)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat grill to medium-high.
Sprinkle turkey breast with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Place turkey, breast-side down, on prepared grill. Cook about 15 minutes flipping midway to grill both sides to golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire, additional salt and pepper if desired; mix well.
Baste surface of turkey with sauce. Shut lid, continue grilling. Allow surface to caramelize to a deep golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Remove breast from the grill and wrap in heavy duty foil, sealing all sides. Return to grill. Cook with lid closed about 45 mins to an hour until turkey reaches 170°-175°F. Remove from grill. Let sit for 10 mins before carving.
