Ingredients:Spinach, frozen, 1 package (Onions, raw, 2 medium Garlic, 1 clove Peas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch )Chicken stock, home-prepared, 2 cup Cilantro, dried, 1 tbspSalt and Pepper
1. Chop onion, garlic broccoli roughly
2. place in a large pan with spinach, peas, cilantro salt and pepper.
3. add enough chicken stock to just cover
4. bring to the boil then simmer untill all veg is tender.
5. Blitz up and enjoy.
Freezez well in individual portions.
Forgive me if my measurements are out im struggling with uk to usa conversions.
