Ingredients
All weights approx.153 gr Onion104 gr Leek141 gr Carrot133 gr Swede/Turnip399 gr Butternut Squash396 gr Potato500 gr bag of Quorn chicken style pieces20 gr either veg gravy granuals or chicken granuals
Directions
Dice all vegs, In a large pan fry all vegs in calorie free butter spray for 5mins add the quorn stir well and cook gently 5mins. Add enough water to almost cover the ingredients along with a vegitable stock cube ( can use a chicken stock cube if desired). Season to taste and simmer for 2hrs. When cooked, add the gravy granuals.
