Parmesan Herb Bread

Ingredients
1 1/4 C warm water3 C bread flour2 T powdered milk2 T honey1 1/2 t sea salt2 T soft butter or olive oil1/3 C parmesan cheese, grated2 T fresh rosemary, chopped (or 2 t dried)4 T fresh parsley, chopped (or 2 T dried)1 T fresh oregano, chopped (or 1 t dried)2 t yeast
Directions
Use a bread machine for this recipe. Pour warm water into bread machine pan. Stir in milk powder. Add the rest of the ingredients in this order: butter or oil, honey, cheese, herbs and yeast. Set machine on basic/white cycle. Allow bread to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on counter for an additional 10-15 minute before slicing. Serve warm w/soup, salad or whole wheat pasta dish.

Makes 20 servings. Slice bread into 10 slices and then slice those into 2 equal portions.
