Light Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2-10 Oz cans white chicken breast1 C chopped white onion1 C diced celery4 T fat free mayonaise1 t celery salt
Directions
Drain canned chicken breast. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained chicken breast, chopped onion, diced celery, fat free mayonaise and celery salt using the back of a fork until well combined. Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum to allow flavors to combine. Serve with sandwich thins, pita bread, or tomato slices. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
