Mixed Bean Patties

1 large (700 g) can four bean mix, drained1 small (440 g) can chilli baked beans, undrained1 small onion1 cup oats2 large eggs2 cups grated carrot2 cups grated zucchini1 cup bread crumbs2 tspn cumin powder2 tspn coriander powder
Whiz together in food processor the beans, onion, oats, cumin, coriander and eggs. Place into large bowl and add the grated carrot and zucchini, then mix in the bread crumbs to form a moist but firm consistency.
Drop by tablespoon onto lightly greased medium heat frypan, spreading out to round shape. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes then turn and cook other side.
Can be served hot or cold with vegetables or salad, or in multi grain bread rolls or sandwiches, or straight off the plate.
Makes 10 serves of 3 patties each.
