1 cup Splenda Brown Sugar1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp corn starch1 tsp orange zest1/4 cup apple juice5 Granny Smith apples (1.3 pounds), cored and cut into 1/4 inch slicesVegetable Cooking SprayTopping1 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats2 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar1/4 tsp ground cinnamon2 Tbsp Promise Light1/2 cup puffed rice cereal
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 inch square baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Set aside.
2. Whisk together Splenda brown sugar, cinnamon, orange zest, corn starch and apple juice in a large bowl; add apples and toss to coat. Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
3. Mix topping ingredients and spoon over apples.
4. Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Serve warm.
