Sour Milk Biscuits

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder4 Tablespoons shortening1 cup thick sour lowfat milk
Mix and sift dry ingredients together, cut in shortening, add in lowfat milk and mix. Knead very lightly using as little flour as possible on board. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutter, place on baking sheet and bake at 500 degrees for 9 minutes. Makes 15 biscuits.
