Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
One large whole wheat tortilla3 tbs of salsa2 large eggs1/3 cup chopped bell peppers1/3 cup chopped onion1/3 cup mushrooms1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Scramble the two large eggs
2. Spoon the salsa onto the pita
3. Place the scrambled eggs on top and layer in order of ingredients.
4. Place in oven for 5 mins or until cheese is melted
Depending on size it makes two or one serving. ( I used a large whole wheat tortilla and made two servings)
