Bell Pepper stuffed with RIce a Roni and beef

Ingredients
-2 Bell Peppers(or more there will be extra rice/beef)-16oz ground beef-I box rice a roni spanish rice-i can diced tomatoes-1/4 white onion
Directions
4 servings. Follow directions for cooking the spanish rice and include the beef, add the onions when rice is almost cooked. Cut the peppers in halves. Add the cooked beef/spanish rice mix to each pepper(approx 1/2 cup per pepper). Bake in oven 10-15 min until peppers are soft.
following this recipe will leave you with a lot of extra rice/beef. Just save it/ freeze it for another meal or stuff more peppers.
