Colorful Couscous

Ingredients
1/4 cup Chicken (Or vegetable) Broth1 tbsp. Orange Juice1/4 cup Couscous1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
Directions
Bring broth and orange juice to boil in small pot.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes, until couscous absorbs liquid.
