Raw curried peas and cauliflower

Ingredients
1 cup frozen peas, thawed1 cauliflower head, medium sizeflesh of one avocado1/4 C lemon juice1/4 C tahini1 clove garlic1.5 Tblsp curry powder1/2 tsp turmeric1.5 Tblsp soy sauce1.5 Tblsp miso paste
Directions
Put all ingredients except the peas into a food processor and process until the cauliflower is in small, bite-size chunks. Add peas and warm up in a dehydrator or electric skillet set on its lowest setting. If you are short of cauliflower, you can substitute zucchini for part of the cauliflower. Bowl-licking good! Makes 4 servings as a main dish.
