Mini Meatloaf Muffins with Ground Turkey

1 lb Ground Turkey1/4 cup shredded cheese1/4 cup breadcrumbs1/2 cup salsa1 large egg1 tbsp garlicKetchup for taste
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. combine all ingredients in a bowl until blended well.
3. Roll into 8 small balls and place into Pam-sprayed muffin tin.
4. Drizzle a small amount of ketchup over each.
5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

I'm 15, and I made this for my family. Oh it was delicious!
I was a bit upset though, when they shrank. I made balls and put them in the tin, but they deflated so it was rather hard to get them out of the tin. We tasted the salsa very good, and it was very yummy. I will make this again! - 6/16/11
