Organic Whole Grain Blueberry Muffins

2 cups organic whole wheat flour3 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt2 TB maple syrup1 TB molasses1 organic egg, beaten1 cup nonfat organic sour cream1/4 cup tepid water 1 cup fresh organic blueberries
Mix the dry ingredients. Beat the egg and add the sour cream, syrup, molasses and a little of the water. Combine with dry ingredients. If the batter seems too thick, add a little more water until right consistency. Batter should not be runny though. Stir as little as possible. Put 1/2 enough batter in muffin tin, add two teaspoons of berries and then cover with the rest of the batter. Bake at 375 degrees for the first 15 minutes, then reduce to 325 degrees for another 5-10 until golden brown.
