Black Bean and Veggie Nacho Bake

1 package (7 ounces) pasta shells, cooked and drained1 small red pepper, chopped3 green onions (shallots), chopped1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped1 can (19 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained1 cup Tostitos Salsa Con Queso1 Tbsp skim milk2 crushed taco shells1/2 cup shredded tex mex cheese
In a large bowl, combine peppers, shallots, tomatoes, macaroni and beans. Add the cheese sauce and milk; stir until blended.
Transfer to a greased 2-1/2 qt square baking dish. Cover and bake at 350� for 25 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with taco shells and cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until pasta is tender and cheese is melted.
