Little-Cabbage Hash

Ingredients
1 tbl olive oil1 1/2 cups of minced onions (about 1 and a half onions)2 garlic cloves, minced1 lb brussel sprouts ( I used some purple cabbage, yummyand very pretty) minced1 large carrot chopped fine1/2 cup water1 bell pepper, colour of your choice!salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat, add onions and saute for about 5 minutes.
Add garlic ( I added hot pepper to spice it up), brussel sprouts, and carrots. Saute for another 5 minutes.
Add the 1/2 cup water and let simmer for 5-8 minutes.
Then add the bell pepper, alt and pepper for a few more minutes and your done! My recipe suggests to add roasted almonds or cashews at the end for an alternative :)
