Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 Egg Whites1/2 Tbsp. Flax Seed1/2 Cup Quick Oats1 tsp. Vanilla Extract1 Tbsp. Almond Butter1/2 Cup Blueberries
Directions
Slightly beat 2 egg whites. Add Flax Seed, Oats & Vanilla Extract. Stir well. Preheat a non-stick fry pan using medium heat and spray with canola oil. Spread the mixed ingredients into fry pan and cook for 1 min and then turn over to other side. Continue cooking until done. Remove onto plate. Spread Almond Butter on top of pancake and then top with blueberries.
