Ingredients
1 small carrot diced1 stalk of celery diced1 small onion diced4 ring of red pepper diced1/4 cup of dry lentils2 cup of vegetable broth
Directions
Put all the ingidients together in a saucepan and simmer for 25 min (until the lentil are soft)
Make to seving

    lentils i have never used them being a vegetarian my daughter pointed this product out to me so i came here to find a simple recipe to try,i found this one. looking for word to try it. it is a simple recipe. which great on my part.i will come back & leave a comment again after i make the soup. - 11/16/10
