Banana Oat Cookies

1 med banana1/2 C chunky peanut btr1/2 C applesauce1 t vanilla1/2 C oats1/2 C Red Mill 5 Grain1/2 C WW Pastry Flour1/4 C nonfat dry milk pwdr2 t cinnamon`1/4 t soda1/3 C dried cranberries1/3 C currants
Preheat oven to 350. lightly coat large cookie sheet eith cooing spray.
In large bowl, combine banana, peanut butter, applesauce and vanilla. In small bowl, combine oats, 5 grain, flourk, milk powder, cinnamon and baking soda. Add oat mixture to banana mixture; stir until combined. Stir in dried cranberries.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoons, slightly flatten with damp fingers. Bake for 15 minutes. Transfer to wire rach to cool.
