Ingredients
10 oz Frozen Spinach1 C Egg Whites3/4 C Part Skim Mozzarella shredded1/2 C Chopped Green Bell Pepper1/2 C Chopped OnionGarlic Pepper to taste
Directions
Stir everything together in a large bowl. Pour into a sprayed 8" glass dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into 12 squares. Three squares are one serving.
