1 c. Cornmeal1 c. Flour2/3 c. Honey1 c. Yogurt1 tsp. Vinegar1 tsp. Baking Soda2 tsp. Ground Flax Seeds6 Tbsp. Water1 tsp. Kosher Salt

Combine flax and water. Simmer until gelatinous.
Melt butter. Mix in honey, flax mixture, and yogurt. Mix dry together, then into wet.
Bake @ 375 for 20-30 min.
